Mike walked us through the various options and provided very helpful information during an in-home consultation, followed by estimates for each option. The Steel T team who installed the new units could not have been more professional, taking care to protect floors and carpets, consult with us at various steps along the way, and provide a very thorough briefing on the new systems and smart thermostat. The systems were basically installed in one day, with minor followup the following morning. They filed all the paperwork for Xcel rebates, and Carrier warranty. One morning last week our furnaced did not come on as scheduled. I called Steel T as they had installed our unit a few years ago.
The dispatcher was able to get us on their schedule for that afternoon. We received a call from Matt the technician saying he was on his way. When he approved he put on protective shoe coverings and immediately proceeded to trouble shoot our heating issue. The issue turned out to be a poor connection in the thermostat signal to the furnace. Once solved Matt took time to make sure there were no other issues.
Since the system was within Steel T's 5 year parts and labor warranty, there was no charge for the service call.

Called them on a Friday evening when our AC wasn’t working. The on call tech called back in 20 minutes and walked me through the quick fix over the phone. Replaced a fuse and reconnected some wires (dog or something pulled a few wires loose). Wish I remembered their name! I will be calling them next time something needs repair.

He walked me through each detail of the project and ultimately discovered my home was not equipped for what I was wanting to have done unless we ripped into the floor which is not something I wss prepared to do. 5 stars is not enough!

After inheriting a defective HVAC system in my townhome, I had 7 different companies come out and take a look. Consensus ranged all the way from 'there's nothing you can do' to quotes ranging from $25-$50k to fix.

I couldn't help but feel like I was being misled and given false information - until Nathan at SteelT came.

He spent over 2 hours on the property to deeply assess the situation, listen to my experience, and provided a thoughtful and economical solution to mitigate the situation.

SteelT is a solid company with honest, trustworthy, and reputable folks (hard to find!)

Had furnace, heat pump, humidifier & cleaner installed. Truly the best experience ever ... installers were knowledgeable and very friendly. Great communication throughout the process, and provided a very detailed walk through of the thermostat & app upon completion. They had to do some configuring to make everything fit, and corrected a venting issue from the prior furnace. Very impressive, from sales through follow-up on registration and energy rebates. We'll plan to use them for maintenance too.
